A light in the darkness, as the heart converges.

In the depths of despair, hope is found,

As the demons within, are finally unbound.


With each step taken, a victory is won,

As the battles within, are finally undone.

Through self-compassion and support, a healing begins,

As the heart is freed, from the demons' sins.


Invisible battles, no longer unseen,
