Poetry I Write My Way

Ascending - descending, ripples in bay
Wandering storms of thought
Flowing down the river water
The tide of torment feelings,
Running horses that neigh
trees waving in the wind
Enjoying nature, the poetry they say
Poetry I write my way.

Denser or rarer mist in day
Blowing wind sings the song
In life, ups, and downs
Notes of melody make a song
Looking ahead and going far
Hitting the mountain and coming back
Poetry resides in me, nature says
Poetry I write my way. 

Rumbling thunder or shining ray
Silent breeze or tolling bell
Turning stone or running water
chiming clock or banging door
Musical melodies, natural singing
Whining dog or humming bees
Moaning nights or cheerful day
