A Christmas poem - poetrymyway

A Christmas poem | Christmas theme poetry |

Merry Christmas

As the winter climbing
A sort of sadness overwhelming
Snow is covering all possibilities
An unknown fear printed on it.

Life playing hide and seek
The world is now materialistic
They think broad with a narrow mind
Humanity is fading with passing time.

Parting all unexpected
Here comes Christmas day
Breaking the silence and cheering up
Let's sing Christmas carol.

With Jolly face comes Santa Claus
Wishing all a Merry Christmas
Full of experience in the town
A Genius mind but a looking clown.

When you are weak and helpless
Feeling, sensing some of the danger
I'll be there to embrace
In the form of parents, friends and
Sometimes stranger.

Santa Claus teaches a lesson
Sadness comes with expectations
Happiness lies in sharing things
When you know, you get blessings.

This Christmas don't ask gifts
Dedicated to family throw a feast
All together at one place
Will remember those forgotten days.
